Aged a minimum of 12 years in the company's own barrel warehouse, each bottle is hand-filled and individually numbered by batch and date. Expect pastry, butter, and ginger on the nose, with fruit, cream, and a tart, apple-forward finish on the palate. Best sipped neat in a snifter, slowly, to let the layered richness unfold.
