How to Order

  1. Go to the home page on Tipxy.com
  2. In the top right corner select your ship to state.from the drop down
  3. Search the name or the type of alcohol you’d like
  4. From the listings shown, select your preferred product. 
  5. Select buy now to checkout or add to cart to search more products
  6. Done Shopping? Go to the cart and select checkout. Ensure the sizes and quantities are correct.
  7. Input the required information, shipping address, coupons and payment information before selecting the PAY NOW button. 
  8. Your order is complete! You will receive an email confirmation immediately.

States We Ships To: 

Tipxy uses multiple retailers from across the USA to fulfill orders, not all of these retailers ship to all states however across the board we do not ship to: 

Hawaii

Massachusetts

Utah

South Dakota

It’s important when adding items to your cart to confirm that the product ships to your state, due to alcohol laws and licensing not every retailer is authorized to ship to every state. Select your state from the ship to drop down before searching products to ensure it can be shipped to you. This prevents complications at checkout. Here are the states that only some products ship to:

Looking for a specific product?

Contact us at support@tipxy.com with the full name, edition, year, required quantity and any other pertinent information about the product you seek. We will check with suppliers to source the product. If available we can stock the product for you. This process takes time as we source the product, order it and create web pages for the listing. If readily available it can be 2 weeks of wait time or more. 

Delivery Guidelines

An adult (21yrs or older) must be available to sign for the package upon delivery. If you miss your delivery there will be another attempt. You may contact the courier to arrange your delivery. If you miss all delivery attempts the courier will hold the package for a few days before it is returned to us. The order will be canceled and refunded minus the delivery fee. 

Shipping Times

Orders usually ship within 3 business days of being placed. It’s a very quick turnaround therefore please ensure your order is correct before completing checkout as we can make no changes after the order has shipped. If you have not received a notification of shipment after 4 days please contact support@tipxy.com to check the order’s status.

Shipping Delays

If the product ordered is out of stock we will process a full refund. 

If only a part of your order is out of stock, the unavailable item will be refunded and the remainder of the order will be shipped. You will receive an email notification.

If we will be restocking the product shortly we will email you to advise you of the delay and confirm you are willing to await the shipment’s arrival. 

After your order ships we have no control over ship times and delays, please reach out to the courier. 

Damaged in Transit

If you notice your order has been delayed and the tracking confirms it was damaged in transit please contact us. We do not re-ship damaged orders as the process takes a long time due to awaiting the return of the damaged goods. We refund the damaged order and you can place a new order to be shipped. This allows our retailer to receive a new order they will process immediately. 

We securely package every order but if your order arrived with signs of damage, immediately take a picture of the order as it arrived. Then open and capture images of the damages with the label of the damaged bottle(s) clearly displayed. Please share these to support@tipxy.com with your order number immediately. After 3 days we will not compensate for unreported damage. 

Shipping Costs

Shipping is FREE for orders over $99 and is $14.95 for orders below. 

Please Note: Special order items are not calculated towards free shipping however over $100 in special order items does attract free shipping. 

International Shipping

Unavailable, we ship only within the USA.

Do I really need to be 21 to accept my order?

Yes, we advise shipping to your place of business if possible to ensure the box gets signed for. After three attempts, the delivery companies get tired of trying to deliver the box to you and send it back to us. Then we have to charge you for the extra shipping and admin costs which really sucks for everyone.
