Overview

Pisco doesn't get much more old-school than this: born in 1987 in the tiny village of Chañaral de Carén, high in Chile's Limarí Valley, made in hand-built copper stills over a wood fire. The Reservado is distilled from Muscat grapes and rests around 18 months in oak, which softens it into something floral and warm, with quince and orange-peel notes. At 40% ABV, sip it neat, over a single ice cube, or let it carry a pisco sour.
