Apple brandy that drinks like autumn in Normandy. Pierre Huet has worked the Cambremer cider route since 1865, and this VS Calvados starts with cider pressed from 25 apple varieties grown across their 30-hectare orchards, fermented a full year before double distillation in a traditional copper alembic. Two to three years in oak give you baked apple sauteed in butter with a whisper of mint. Pour it over ice with tonic and a wheel of lime, or build it into a cocktail.
