What's the difference between Old World and New World wine?
Old World wines come from traditional European regions (France, Italy, Spain, Germany) and tend to be earthier, more restrained, and terroir-driven. How should I store wine at home?
Store wine on its side in a cool, dark place (55–65°F is ideal). Keep it away from vibration and temperature swings. Most everyday wines are meant to be enjoyed within a year or two. If you're aging wine long-term, consider a wine fridge.
What wine pairs well with food?
