Josh Cellars Prosecco is a sparkling white wine made from 100% Glera grapes grown in the Prosecco DOC appellation of northeastern Italy, between Conegliano and Valdobbiadene. Josh Cellars partners with Villa Pozzi, a fifth-generation family winery, to produce it using Italy's traditional tank-fermentation method for Prosecco. Expect pear, green apple, and citrus aromas, with fine, racy bubbles, a touch of ripe-fruit sweetness, and crisp acidity on the palate. Serve well-chilled as an aperitif, with brunch, or alongside light appetizers and soft cheeses.
