Dom Ruinart Rosé is the prestige rosé cuvée from Ruinart, founded in 1729 and among Champagne's oldest houses. The blend leans on Grand Cru chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims, joined by Pinot Noir from Aÿ, part vinified as red for color and depth, then aged for years in Reims' chalk cellars. Expect coral hues, aromas of red berries, pomegranate, and warm spice like cinnamon and nutmeg, with a mineral, citrus-laced finish.
