What types of wine does TIPXY carry?

What's the difference between Old World and New World wine?

Old World wines come from traditional European regions (France, Italy, Spain, Germany) and tend to be earthier, more restrained, and terroir-driven. New World wines (California, Australia, Argentina, Chile) are often fruit-forward, bolder, and more approachable. Both are excellent — it's a matter of taste.

How should I store wine at home?

Store wine on its side in a cool, dark place (55–65°F is ideal). Keep it away from vibration and temperature swings. Most everyday wines are meant to be enjoyed within a year or two. If you're aging wine long-term, consider a wine fridge.

What wine pairs well with food?

A classic starting point: red wine with red meat, white wine with fish and poultry. But rules are flexible — Pinot Noir pairs with salmon, Riesling works with spicy food, and sparkling wine goes with almost everything. When in doubt, match the weight of the wine to the weight of the dish.
