Overview

Falanghina is Campania's ancient white grape, and Cantina del Taburno's version shows why it's worth knowing. Grown on hillside vineyards 200-600 meters up in the Taburno DOC zone, the grapes are hand-harvested, gently pressed, and fermented cool in stainless steel before resting on the lees for added texture. The result: straw-yellow in the glass, with ripe pear and pineapple aromas and a long, smooth finish. Pour it alongside grilled fish or a light seafood risotto.
