Most mezcal leans on one agave — Unión's Joven blends two: fast-maturing Espadín alongside Cirial, a wild agave that takes up to fourteen years to mature. Hand-harvested by mezcalero families across Oaxaca and double-distilled in copper pot stills, it opens sweet and fruity (pear, green apple) before settling into wet earth, wood, and a whisper of smoke, with cooling notes of mint.
