Tres Generaciones has been triple-distilling since 1973, back when almost every other tequila house stopped at two passes — the Sauza family's way of honoring three generations of distillers dating to 1873. The Plata skips barrel time entirely, so what lands in the glass is fresh-pressed blue agave in its purest form: mild floral aroma, a spicy-herbal sip that stays clean, and a soft white pepper finish with no burn. Try it over ice in a margarita, or neat to taste the agave itself.
