A blanco built on patience and tradition. Confianza's 100% blue Weber agave is oven-cooked in brick hornos for a full day, rested another, then slow-fermented five to nine days in stainless steel before a double distillation through copper stills — only the heart of the run makes it to the bottle. The result pours soft and silky, with cooked agave sweetness, honey and citrus on the nose, and a peppery, floral finish. Sip it neat to taste the Highlands, or build it into a bright, agave-forward margarita.
