Number Juan Blanco was born when comedians Ron White and Alex Reymundo teamed up with Rivesca Distillery in Amatitán, Jalisco, to make tequila they'd actually want to drink. Fully matured agave gets cooked in stone ovens, then double-distilled with spring water sourced near the Tequila volcano, no diffusers or additives involved. The result is a clean, 80-proof blanco with cooked agave, black pepper, and a briny minerality that lingers into a long peppery finish. Sip it neat to catch every note, or build a straightforward margarita.
