"This is now without a doubt one of my favorites. It was not available in the Albuquerque region when it was first introduced. I looked up their website after seeing it advertised someplace. I requested a free sample, and I received a 750 ml bottle in response. That isn't the reason it's a favorite, though. I like the fairly distinct flavor that isn't overly peppery or velvety smooth with vanilla, both of which I detest. Usually, I drink it straight with a beer chaser."

"I adored it. Excellent drink maker. Fairly bland flavor. mostly agave. Amazingly smooth; tastes much lower in proof than it is. Citrus flavor was mentioned in some reviews, however when I drank it straight up, I didn't taste it. There is undoubtedly a peppercorn (black pepper) flavor, but it is there in a positive and assertive sense. The pepper flavor is overpowering. It doesn't overpower the agave flavor, but it does want to take center stage. Makes excellent drinks. It was fantastic when I tried it with lime and luxardo cherries. Sprite was successfully used. The combination of tequila, lime, passion fruit, and Sprite was fantastic. This is perhaps too nice of a cocktail to be adding to sprite (I bet it'd be much better with Sierra Mist or 7-Up). Honestly, I was surprised when, without even realizing it, my brother-in-law and I consumed a fourth of the entire bottle in less than 30 minutes. (I don't drink much, but it didn't feel like we were even drinking because you really don't feel the alcohol; it was surprisingly smooth and not at all dry. )"
