Lunazul Añejo comes from a family that's been growing Blue Weber agave in Jalisco since 1758 — seven generations before this bottle existed. Distilled at Tierra de Agaves in the Jalisco Highlands, it rests 12 to 18 months in Kentucky bourbon barrels, picking up charred oak, dark fruit, and vanilla on the nose, with earthy agave, nutmeg, and toasted oak on the palate. The finish lingers warm, with a trace of tobacco and baking spice. Pour it neat, or over one big rock.
