Casa Azul Añejo starts with 100% USDA-certified organic blue agave, grown and harvested by hand in Jalisco with no additives. After natural fermentation, the spirit rests over 15 months in American oak, ex-bourbon casks, building layers of vanilla, caramel, and cacao around a backbone of toasted oak and warm baking spice. The finish is smooth and lingering, with just a whisper of smoke. Pour it neat or over a single large rock to let the agave sweetness and oak depth unfold slowly.
