Tepemete is a wild agave the Conde family cultivates in the hills of Durango, and this small-batch Ancestral release turns it into something rare. The agave is hand-milled with axes, then distilled the old way in a clay-and-wood viejo still, where the spirit drips slowly through a bamboo channel into the collector, drop by drop.
