Ingredients
Fresh raspberry and blackberry juice, juniper, coriander seed, hand-picked elderflower from our local hedgerows, cardamom, black pepper, cinnamon, angelica root, orange peel, lemon peel, plus a secret ingredient…
Nose: The nose bursts with ripe, juicy raspberries and home-cooked jam. Hints of bramble vines add depth and spice.
Palate: Vibrant raspberry coulis covers the palate and melds with fresh, tart blackberries and juniper.
Finish: Elderflower and blackcurrant combine on the finish to give a soft and lingering zing.
