Tomatin Port Casks 14 Year Old is a Highland single malt Scotch whisky from Tomatin Distillery, matured in ex-bourbon barrels before finishing in Tawny Port casks that previously held port for about 50 years. That finish gives it a soft, sweet character: red berries, honey, and rich toffee on the nose, with light fruit and nut flavors — think peaches and walnut — settling into a smooth, fruit-salad finish. Pour it neat after dinner alongside dark chocolate or aged cheese to let the Port-cask sweetness shine.
