From a single remote island off Scotland's west coast, Jura's 18 Year Old is made in exceptionally tall stills, then aged 18 years in American ex-bourbon oak before a finishing spell in Bordeaux red wine barriques. That wine influence shows: layers of forest fruit and red berries fold into rich caramel and toffee, with a whisper of sea salt from the island air and a warm cinnamon-spiced finish. Pour it neat with a drop of water, and share the bottle. Sip Something New.
