Named for the 1263 legend where a Mackenzie clansman saved King Alexander III from a charging stag—the reason a 12-point royal stag rides every Dalmore bottle. This Highland single malt earns its crown through an unusual six-cask marriage: bourbon barrels, oloroso sherry, Madeira, Marsala, Port pipes, and Cabernet Sauvignon barriques. Expect red berries and passion fruit on the nose, then citrus zest, vanilla pod, crème caramel, and crushed almonds. Bottled at 40%. Pour it neat and let it unfold.
