Séptima's Malbec comes from a single high-altitude vineyard in Agrelo, Luján de Cuyo — Mendoza's Malbec heartland, planted at 1,050 meters where river-stone soils and big diurnal swings sharpen fruit character. It's 100% Malbec, hand-tended and aged around six months in American oak, landing juicy plum and fig notes threaded with vanilla and a faint mineral edge, finishing long on dark berries. Pour it with grilled steak or something smoky off the coals.
