Terrazas de los Andes builds this Reserva Malbec from high-altitude fruit grown across more than 100 plots in Mendoza, blending cool Uco Valley parcels with the stony ground of Las Compuertas in Luján de Cuyo. The glass shows deep red-violet color, with blackberry and plum aromas lifted by violet, black pepper, and a whisper of chocolate. On the palate it's vibrant and polished, fine-grained tannins carrying through to a long, elegant finish. Pour it alongside grilled or braised beef, lamb, or pork. Tasting notes
This Malbec from Mendoza in the nose is fresh and intensely fruity with black and red fruit flavors like blackberry, plum and strawberry, together with typical violet and mountain spices notes of cold climate Malbec.
