This 19-year single malt matures in American oak and Oloroso sherry casks, then lands at 46.2% ABV with a rose-gold glow. Expect pine tar, wood smoke and salty minerals on the nose, giving way to toffee, aniseed, citrus zest and a cayenne-warm spice. Pour it neat with a drop of water and let a slow evening unfold.
