Nose: Sweet corn, charred oak with some baking spices & vanilla with a hint of roasted pepper & nutty.
Taste: honey, toasted ginger, vanilla, black cherries, black pepper & baking slices with oak. Towards the finish is a buttery caramel with a note of spicy pepper.
Finish: Long and dry with oak and pepper and a caramel loop.
