We love this time of year because the bees are busy gathering pollen to make their incomparable honey that we use in our Montana Honey Moonshine. This spirit is made from a traditional sweet feed recipe used by moonshiners, consisting of three whole grains and molasses. We barrel age our spirit and add a touch of honey for a balanced and approachable flavor.
Willie’s Montana Honey Moonshine is directly tied to the Madison River with the odes to the world-class fly fishing you find on the bottle. The flow rate and temperature of the Madison River at the time of bottling are listed directly on the bottle.
