William Wolf Pecan Bourbon takes its cue from a pre-Prohibition Kentucky recipe, blending aged bourbon with raw South Carolina pecans and Canadian maple. Small-batch made and rested five years, it pours an amber-butterscotch hue with honeyed pecan and caramel on the nose, giving way to maple pecan pie, toffee, and toasted oak on the palate. Sip it straight, or shake it into an Old Fashioned for a nutty, dessert-like twist.
