WildGins - WildBark West Texas Dry Gin
This is a Texas take on the traditional London Dry. While England’s demure gins are often restrained, WildBark is a bolder version of the British classic. Alligator Junipers foraged from the West Texas Mountains give WildBark a wildness not found in any other gin.
Botanicals: Wild Alligator Juniper (hand foraged), Organic Common Juniper, Orange Peel, Organic Orris Root, Coriander.
Towards the front of the palate you may find some sweetness that comes from the rye and malted barley spirit base. However, towards the mid-back of the palate there is a pop of the earthy Alligator Juniper berries quickly followed by a pop of citrus thanks to the orange peel. This leaves a nice citrus aftertaste and makes this gin perfect for Martinis, Wild ‘Barking’ Mules, Gibsons, Wild Hounds, Aviations, Gin Mojitos, & Gin & Tonics.
