Tasting notes
Towards the front of the palate you may find some sweetness that comes from the rye and malted barley spirit base. However, towards the mid-back of the palate there is a pop of the earthy Alligator Juniper berries quickly followed by a pop of citrus thanks to the orange peel. This leaves a nice citrus aftertaste and makes this gin perfect for Martinis, Wild ‘Barking’ Mules, Gibsons, Wild Hounds, Aviations, Gin Mojitos, & Gin & Tonics.
