★ ★ ★ ★ ☆ 4/5 AI Rating

Wilderness Trail's Bottled in Bond Rye has earned strong acclaim for its distinctive high-rye, heavily-charred barrel profile that delivers a bold, grain-forward spice character rarely found in Kentucky craft ryes. Reviewers highlight the unusual 56% rye mash bill, which gives it more rye presence than most Kentucky expressions, along with a satisfying long finish. It's a standout in the growing Kentucky craft rye category.
