"This was my second purchase with Tipxy. The first one failed as they were unable to fulfill the order. After a few days with no communication, I inquired. Perry was very helpful. I understood things happen. They refunded my money but it took a week or so. The Wild Turkey 12 year was my second attempt. I made the purchase based on the fact that it is pictured on their website as coming with the decorative box (Ironically, just as it is pictured here in the review). Yet the order came with the bottle only. I went with Tipxy because I wanted it with the box. I paid more for this over buying just the bottle from another site. Once again, communication was less than what I came to expect from other online retailers. I had to inquire again about my tracking information which was not sent to me without me asking after a couple of days. Again this could be because of the expectations that have been set from buying from other online stores. It did take longer to receive the order than what I am used to from other places. That said, my largest fear was that I would not get an order or get a damaged order. The good news is the order came, and was well packed. I have contacted them twice now with no response about the fact that I did not get what I expected, what I ordered, what is seen in the picture. That's the most frustrating aspect of this. I might buy from them again, but I am more likely to go back to the places I've had really good luck with. These places have excellent customer service, fulfill orders within a week, and offer competitive prices. While I generally see Tipxy being a little cheaper, maybe $5-$10, the orders take longer, aren't insured and the communication is not as good as the others I have experienced. My"
