A bold spirit made from our bourbon sour mash. Our White Whisky is rested very quickly in our used bourbon barrels. This spirit truly opens up on second sip.Mash Bill: 57% corn 38% rye and 5% malted barley

Aroma: Bright floral, grapefruit, light vanilla, bread, and corn

Palate: The corn really shines up front with a round soft sweetness. The rye lends it a subtle spiciness and the malt gives it a nice backbone. At 50% ABV it drinks very nice as a sipper or on the rocks.

Finish: Sweet cooked corn, soft vanilla, white pepper, grace
