Johnny Neill built this one around childhood summers on his family's farm near Daresbury, layering steeped ginger and rhubarb distillate over ten botanicals of a classic London-style gin: juniper, coriander, cassia, orris, angelica, licorice and bright citrus. The rhubarb brings a tart, crisp snap while ginger warms the finish. Bottled at 43% ABV, it took Gold at the 2021 Gin Masters. Pour it over ice with tonic and a wedge of orange.
