Overview

Gin, but make it rhubarb crumble. Johnny Neill built this one around childhood summers on his family's farm near Daresbury, layering steeped ginger and rhubarb distillate over ten botanicals of a classic London-style gin: juniper, coriander, cassia, orris, angelica, licorice and bright citrus. The rhubarb brings a tart, crisp snap while ginger warms the finish. Bottled at 43% ABV, it took Gold at the 2021 Gin Masters. Pour it over ice with tonic and a wedge of orange.
