Built on a dry gin base of juniper, coriander, cassia, and orris root, it layers in sweet orange, lemon peel, and Sicilian blood orange for a citrus-forward gin with a bittersweet, herbaceous finish. Pour it over ice with tonic and an orange wheel, or into a spritz with prosecco.
