This gin is often used in cocktails, such as the classic gin and tonic or a martini. It is also enjoyed as a sipping spirit, either neat or on the rocks.

ABOUT THE DISTILLERY

The Piscazzi family has an extensive history in the spirits industry, going back to the days of prohibition. Our Towpath Distillery brings back some family traditions using old recipes, and new world techniques to produce high quality spirits. Just like past generations, we produce spirits known for their consistency and high quality. Our Award winning spirits are all small batch and hand crafted. Enjoy!

TOWPATH TOM COLLINS

Ingredients:

- 2 oz Towpath Gin
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- Club soda
- Lemon wheel, for garnish
- Ice cubes

Directions:

1. Fill a shaker with ice cubes and add the gin, fresh lemon juice, and simple syrup.
2. Shake well until very chilled.
3. Strain the mixture into a tall glass filled with ice.
4. Top the glass with club soda, leaving a little bit of room at the top.
5. Garnish the cocktail with a lemon wheel and serve immediately.
