Tucson's Whiskey Del Bac malts its own barley over mesquite. This Spring Distiller's Cut blends an unsmoked malt matured in new American oak and finished in tawny port barrels with mesquite-smoked spirit from an ex-bourbon barrel. 720 hand-numbered bottles at 103 proof. Desert smoke, dried fruit, no peat anywhere near it.
