It's Wahaka's single aged expression, resting 4-6 months in re-charred American oak with a traditional gusano curled right into the barrel. The estate-grown Espadín, harvested at 7-8 years in Oaxaca's Tlacolula district, is pit-cooked over pine, crushed by tahona, and twice copper-distilled before that barrel time softens it into caramel, vanilla, and roasted agave over smoke.
