Limnio, the grape Aristotle wrote about more than two thousand years ago, still grows on Thrace's Avdira coast — and it anchors this blend from Vourvoukeli Estate, a family winery revived in 1999 on ancient vineyard land. Limnio, Syrah, and native Pamidi ferment separately before aging together in oak for up to a year, landing on aromas of blackberry, wild cherry, licorice, and tobacco with soft tannins.
