Volcan X.A (short for Xtra Assemblage) marries reposado, anejo, and extra-anejo made from 100% blue agave grown in the highlands of Huaxtla, Jalisco, then rests the blend in proprietary Grace Casks of American oak. Additive-free, it opens with vanilla, toasted oak, dried red fruit, and dark chocolate, rolling into roasted agave and a buttery, cinnamon-sugar finish. Pour it neat in a snifter and let it unfold slowly.
