Born in Jalisco at the foot of the volcano that gave tequila its name, this reposado comes from the Gallardo family — agave growers here for generations — in partnership with Moet Hennessy. It's built entirely from highland Los Altos agave, then rested about 135 days in new American and European oak. Expect cooked agave and caramel folding into vanilla, toasted oak, and ripe stone fruit. Bottled at 40% ABV. Sip it neat, or let it carry a bright margarita.
