From Vitkin Winery's Israel Journey series—an homage to the many terroirs shaping modern Israeli winemaking—this dry red blends Carignan, Grenache, Cabernet Franc, and Syrah sourced from vineyards spanning Kfar Vitkin, the Jerusalem Mountains, the Golan Heights, and Galilee. Ten months in oak, left unfined and unfiltered, builds a medium-bodied glass of ripe plum, violet, Mediterranean herb, cracked pepper, and a whisper of vanilla.
