Here's a California sparkler with a mission baked in: Une Femme is woman-owned and gives back to organizations supporting women with every bottle sold. The Betty leans on classic Champagne varietals, opening with honeysuckle, orange blossom, and Meyer lemon peel before crisp Asian pear and white peach carry a soft, delicate finish. It earned Double Gold at the San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition. Pour it cold alongside oysters, sushi, or, go ahead, a basket of fried chicken.
Tasting notes
Bright citrus and floral aromas of honeysuckle, orange blossom, and Meyer lemon peel. On the palate, notes of crisp Asian pear and white peach with a soft, delicate finish.
