Shoresh Blanc comes from old terraced rows in Tzora's Shoresh Vineyard, high in Israel's Judean Hills, where shallow terra-rosa soil sits over limestone bedrock. A blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, and Sémillon, it's cool-fermented and aged sur-lie for six months in French barriques, building texture without heaviness. Expect bright citrus and orchard fruit with a mineral edge — pour it alongside grilled fish, fresh herbs, or a simple goat cheese plate.
