Tura Mountain Heights Cabernet Sauvignon is a dry red wine from Tura Winery, a boutique estate on Mount Gerizim in Israel's Samaria region. The grapes come from the winery's oldest vineyard plots, planted at roughly 850 meters elevation in terra rossa soil, and the wine ages about 22 months in French oak barrels, most of them new. Expect a deep, dark-hued Cabernet with a full, rich body built for structure over time. Pour it alongside a substantial meat dish — braised short rib or a grilled steak both hold their own against it.
