A Tres Caidas comes from Santiago Matatlán, the town locals call the mezcal capital, where a third-generation maestro makes 100% Espadín agave mezcal by hand at the family palenque. This joven bottling stays unaged, so the agave's smoke leads while a bright citrus note trails the finish. The gusano tucked in the bottle is old-school tradition.
