Tipsy Sauce - Caramel Hard Sauce
Lexington, Kentucky hadn't seen a new distillery since Prohibition — until Town Branch broke ground, born from the same team behind Kentucky Ale. That brewing background shows: the mash bill leans on malted barley alongside corn and rye, a quiet nod to beer-making underneath the whiskey. Aged close to seven years and bottled at 90 proof, it pours out orchard fruit — apple, cherry, dried apricot — layered over caramel, vanilla, and oak. Pour it neat and let the fruit unfold, or drop in one rock.
