Overview

Made entirely the old way in Jalisco: agave steamed in stone ovens, then crushed under the distillery's original 1886 tahona wheel, fermented in wooden vats and distilled in copper pot stills. A short rest in American oak leaves roasted agave in front, with caramel and a mild peppery spice trailing behind.
