Eight botanicals get macerated in wheat spirit and well water, then run through a Forsyths copper pot still: juniper leads, with red rooibos tea, makrut lime and two kinds of orange peel filling in. Non-chill filtered at 48%. Pour it into a martini or a tall tonic.
