It spends a full fourteen years in new white American oak, then gets cut to proof with pure Eldorado Spring water straight from the Rockies. The result pours caramel brown, with aromas of vanilla and sugar cookie giving way to caramel, syrup, and vanilla, finishing long on butterscotch. High-rye at 64% corn, 32% rye, and 4% malted barley. Pour it neat and let it unfold slowly.
