Tiki Lovers White comes from an unlikely source: the German bitters wizards behind The Bitter Truth, who apparently decided cocktail bitters weren't enough and built a rum blend instead. It marries funky, high-ester Jamaican pot-still rum from Monymusk and Worthy Park with Trinidad rum aged up to five years then charcoal-filtered clear, plus a clean column-still Trinidad rum. Bottled at 100 proof, expect pineapple, banana, and citrus up front with a tart grapefruit finish. Built for a proper mai tai or daiquiri.
