Tierra Noble's Exquisito Extra Añejo comes from a distillery perched 7,200 feet up in the Sierra del Tigre near Mazamitla, Jalisco — one of the highest tequila-producing spots around. Made from 100% Blue Weber agave, it rests roughly four to five years in French oak, picking up layers of vanilla, caramel, toasted wood, dried fruit, and cinnamon. Full-bodied and velvety, with a long, spiced finish. Pour it neat into a snifter and let it slow you down.
